12 Days … Tick Tock … Tick Tock

Here we are- 12 days out from my pro debut.  I am feeling many different emotions right now. A little nervous, a bit anxious, and very excited. This prep has a been a crazy one, to say the least. I dieted for an additional two weeks on top of my normal 16 week prep. Neil also started me on lean proteins such as fish and ground turkey right out of the gate. I have had no chicken my entire prep! Can I say that again...NO chicken.  I am pretty happy about that because I hate chicken and have felt like I might turn into one during other preps.

My physique is coming along as well! My coach and I are very happy with where my body is currently.  I can't wait to step on stage to rub elbows with those guys! Neil and I both agree its not really about placement for this show, rather it's about bringing the best package we have ever brought to the stage! I feel like I have made a lot of improvements to my physique, plus I'm harder and leaner than I was for the North Americans. It's all about May 31- 5:30 pm- downtown Toronto, let's get it.
