My diet is the almost the same for on and off season because for me I eat healthy and am realistic all year round. I think it is important to keep everything in moderation and I am more pleased with the results of my body when I don't cut carbs out.
I change my diet up constantly and keep a rough idea of portions and 6 meals a day but you will never see me take out a measuring cup to measure.
Some of my favorite foods to eat are oatmeal, eggs or egg whites, high in fiber cereals (like fiber one), chicken breasts, every kind of fruit and vegetable you can imagine (some favorites are grapefruits, bananas, spinach, mushrooms, sweet potato) rye bread, whole wheat bread, 1 percent milk, water, chocolate milk, fish, tuna, love sea food, hummus and chickpeas. If I am at the gym and do not have a meal with me I will hold out with a
Gaspari MyoFusion Protein Shake until I go eat.
