Training Schedule for Bellator 114
Good Morning everybody! Here we are at another friday. I don't know about you but these weeks are coming rapid fire at me. Bellator 114 is gonna be here before we know it. And I can't wait. You know it has been over a year since I was last in that cage. It feels even longer with the fact that I lost my last one and the way I lost it. I am itching to get in there and punch somebody. Many people have been asking what my training schedule is when I am in camp for a fight. It has been going like this: Monday and Wednesday are conditioning and strength training days with Crossfit and Gold's near my house. Tuesday, Wednesdays and Saturdays are MMA sparring, jiu jitsu and conditioning with my fight team at The Pit Elevated. And Friday is Wrestling and mit work again at The Pit. Trying to get in as much time as I can. Leaving no stone unturned for this last one. However you guys train in whatever you are training for, make sure to put the time in. No shortcuts.
