8 Weeks Out From Texas State Championships
So Im 8 weeks out from Texas State Championships and progress is good. Feeling good and workouts are still intense even with a few injuries that are on going! For Cardio I am currently doing 50 minutes fasted and 50 minutes after my last meal before bed. Still getting plenty of food and metabolism is running high, im sweating in my sleep as annoying as it is im told its a good sign! I am currently traing 6 days a week and resting on sundays.
