Gingerbread Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop of Gaspari’s Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Proven Whey™ protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. butter extract
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

2-5 ice cubes for desired thickness
